BUSINESS WITH PUBLIC ENTITIES. Grantee is aware of and understands the provisions of s. 287.133(2)(a), F.S., and s. 287.134(2)(a), F.S. As required by s. 287.135(5), Grantee certifies that it is not: (1) listed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, created pursuant to s. 215.4725, F.S.; (2) engaged in a boycott of Israel; (3) listed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to s. 215.473, F.S.; (4) engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria; or

As required by section 287.135(5), if this Agreement is for $1 million or more, EFI certifies that it is not: (1) listed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, created pursuant to section 215.4725, F.S., (2) engaged in a boycott of Israel, (3) listed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to section 215.473, F.S., or (4) engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria. DEO may immediately terminate this Agreement for cause if EFI is found to have submitted a false certification as to the above or if EFI is placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, is engaged in a boycott of Israel, has been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or has been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria, during the DocuSign Envelope ID: 36A887AD-920E-48DA-94DA-6F6E635A5F98 DocuSign Envelope ID: 5817A5D1-E15B-47CA-83A1-5C1E6D363217 term of this Agreement. If federal law ceases to authorize the states to adopt and enforce the contracting prohibition identified herein, this provision shall be null and void.

DEO may immediately terminate this Agreement if the Subrecipient submits a false certification as to the above, or if the Subrecipient is placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, engages in a boycott of Israel, is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or has engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria. (2) Do Not Pay. The Subrecipient shall enroll in the Federal Do Not Pay List at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/DNP/. Prior to entering into any agreement, the Subrecipient will verify that the contractor is not listed on the Federal Do Not Pay List.
