Buyco Information Statement. As promptly as practicable after the execution and delivery of this Arrangement Agreement, Buyco shall prepare the Information Statement, together with any and all other documents required by the BCBCA or other applicable Laws in connection with the Arrangement. As promptly as practicable after the completion of the Information Statement, Buyco shall cause the Information Statement and all other documentation required in connection with the Buyco Meeting to be sent to each Buyco Securityholder and to be filed if required by applicable Laws.
