Common use of Buyer Agents Clause in Contracts

Buyer Agents. A Buyer represented by a Buyer’s Agent shall communicate with us through their Agent. The Buyer Agent will receive the Sales Contract for the Winning Bidder and forward the Contract to the Buyer. Buyer Agents who follow our Firm’s guidelines for Buyer Agents will be paid based on the Final Bid and not the Total Contract Price. Compensations and guidelines are placed in the Triad MLS.
