BUYER AGREEMENTS. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed and reputable Veterinarian within 5 business days of taking possession of the puppy to verify the puppy is in good, sound health. If the veterinarian finds the puppy to be at risk due to congenital defect (existing at birth), owner shall notify Breeder and provide a written statement from licensed Veterinarian describing the puppy’s condition and shall return, at Buyer’s expense, the puppy and registration papers to the breeder within three days of the examination. If the puppy is in the same condition mentally and physically as when originally purchased, the Breeder will provide a replacement puppy of equal quality, sex and bloodline (which will be determined solely by the breeder) at no charge within 12 months of the animal’s return. Any shipping fees for a replacement puppy is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. All Veterinary bills are at the buyer’s expense. This return does not include worms, fleas, mites, ticks, coccidia, giardia, mange or any other parasites as they are common in dogs and puppies. It also does not include indigestion of foreign objects, ingestion of food or chemicals, or physical injury contracted or incurred following Buyer’s receipt of puppy. The Buyer agrees that this dog will be a household (indoor) companion. Buyer agrees never to tie or chain the puppy up or allow the puppy to roam unsupervised. The buyer should consider having the puppy spayed / neutered by the 1 year of age although not required by this Breeder. The puppy is to receive proper veterinary care and vaccinations for the duration of its life. The Buyer agrees NEVER to sell/give/trade/transfer ownership of this puppy to any large commercial breeding establishment, any agent, any wholesaler, or any party not included in the original sales agreement. In the event, at any future time, the Buyer cannot keep this puppy, the Buyer should first notify the Breeder. This dog, including signed registration and all veterinarian records, can be returned to the Breeder at the Buyer’s expense. If the Buyer has a good home lined up, the Buyer will notify the Breeder to help screen the new party interested in taking new ownership of the dog. The Breeder has the first right of refusal. The new home must be a pet home. The guarantee becomes void if breeder is not properly notified before being re-homed. Cost of returns. Should an animal purchased under this agreement be returned for any reasons whatsoever, buyer accepts responsibility for, and shall pay, without recourse against the Seller, any and all transportation expenses, veterinary charges, crate fees, air freight charges, and transport fees to and from the involved airports. Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless the Breeder and Goldens of Brookwood for any and all liability, damages, or injuries, caused either directly or indirectly by this dog to any person, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether real or personal. Furthermore, Buyer assumes full liability for any damages or injuries, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether real or personal, after receiving possession of this dog. Buyer further agrees to indemnify or reimburse the Breeder and Goldens of Brookwood as a result of any costs or expenses incurred as a result of any act of the Buyer causing liability, damages, or injuries as set forth herein.

Buyer agrees never to tie or chain the puppy up or allow the puppy to roam unsupervisedbred. The Breeder will reimburse the seller $50.00 to help offset the cost once proof of procedure is provided. • Full breeding rights cost an additional $500.00 and is at the breeder's discretion. • With limited registration this puppy is not to be used for breeding purposes. If Seller does breed the above- mentioned dog without the Sellers express permission, Buyer will be responsible for compensation to Seller in the amount of $1000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) per puppy whelped. • The puppy is to receive proper veterinary care and vaccinations for the duration of its life. BUYER AGREEMENTS. a) The buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. This includes keeping the puppy/dog parasite free and up to date on inoculations, as well as proper nutrition, which consists of good quality food at regular intervals, keeping the animal at a healthy weight, and fresh water available at all times. The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the dog, and never allow the dog to roam freely without proper fencing or supervision. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to keep the puppy away from public places (i.e. parks, pet stores, puppy play dates) until completion of puppy shots (approx. 16 weeks) as to not expose puppy to potentially deadly viruses. The puppy is not to exert, exercise, or run, in high level competition in the first year of life as this can cause harm to developing hips leading to dysplasia later in life. Seller does not guarantee the size and eventual color upon growth, only the health of the animal at the time of sale. b) The Seller guarantees this puppy/dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and worming’s will be provided by the Seller. This animal is in good health and free from all communicable diseases to the best of the breeders’ knowledge. Minor health problems, such as diarrhea, coccidia, upper respiratory kennel cough, giardia, worms etc.… may occur due to stress and a change in the puppy’s environment. Minor health problems are not covered by the warranty. Buyer Initial Minor problems that can be cured by medication are not covered by this warranty. Buyer shall take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of receipt of animal. If the animal becomes gravely ill within 72 hours of receipt by Buyer, (the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller) with proof of veterinary evaluation and diagnosis may return the dog, at Buyers cost, to the Breeder for an alternative puppy If Buyer chooses to keep the puppy, no replacement will be given and all medical costs are sole responsibility of the Buyer, nullifying this contract. Buyer is responsible for health, care and feeding of the animal as of the date of receipt. Seller makes no guarantee regarding loss of dog due to accidental death, abuse, neglect, theft, sickness, etc. or any other loss beyond Seller’s control. c) The buyer agrees to sign up for the FREE 30 DAY TRUPANION PET INSURANCE that has been offered. Buyer initial d) This puppy/dog is guaranteed free from serious inheritable diseases during their first 24months of life. Should the animal develop any serious inheritable disease within the first 24months of life, Buyer may return the animal to the seller with proof of veterinary examination, evaluation and diagnosis in exchange for another puppy, Seller’s choice, of equal value,. Breeder may request that Buyer obtain a second opinion with respect to any diagnosis of an inheritable disease. The medical cost of the second opinion exam shall be borne by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by the vet of their choice before a licensed and reputable Veterinarian within 5 business days of taking possession of the puppy to verify the puppy replacement is in good, sound healthmade. If any hip dysplasia is found within the veterinarian finds first 2 years, the puppy to be at risk due to congenital defect (existing at birth), owner shall notify Breeder Seller requires a PENNHIP report and provide a written statement letter from licensed Veterinarian describing the puppy’s condition and shall return, at Buyer’s expense, the veterinarian that puppy has received proper checkups and registration papers to the breeder within three days of the examinationhas not been overweight. If the puppy is has become overweight, had poor nutrition, inadequate exercise, improper vet care, been over or under vaccinated, or been involved in excessive jumping or Buyer Initial running up and down stairs in the same condition mentally and physically as when originally purchasedfirst year of life, this guarantee is void. If an examining vet should find puppy has been abused, neglected or subject to any trauma this health warranty is void. e) Under no circumstances will this puppy/dog be sold, leased, traded or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter or similar facility. Should a situation arise, the Breeder Buyer agrees to contact the Seller so we may assist in finding a new home. The Seller will provide a replacement puppy accept the return of equal qualitythe animal without refund, sex and bloodline (which will be determined solely by the breeder) no questions asked, at no charge within 12 months any age of the animal’s return. Any shipping fees for a replacement puppy is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. All Veterinary bills are at the buyer’s expense.
