Buyer Agrees to Maintain Detailed Records. The Buyer agrees to maintain all books, records detailing contract expenses and revenue, and other documents used to perform the Contract and make such documents available to the Government for review and audit purposes. The Buyer must further maintain such records for a period of two years after Contract completion or for such time as the Buyer, for its own purposes, retains such books, records, and other documents whichever is longer.
