Buyer benefits. In assessing any Loss recoverable by the Buyer as a result of any Claim, there must be taken into account any benefit accruing to the Buyer Group (including any amount of any relief, allowance, exemption, exclusion, set-off, deduction, loss, rebate, refund, right to repayment or credit granted or available in respect of a Tax or Duty under any law obtained or obtainable by the Buyer Group and any amount by which any Tax for which the Buyer Group is or may be liable to be assessed or accountable is reduced or extinguished), arising directly or indirectly from the matter that gives rise to that Claim.
