Buyer Closing Certificate. Seller shall have received a certificate, dated the Closing Date and signed by a duly authorized officer of Buyer, that each of the conditions set forth in Section 6.2(a) and Section 6.2(b) have been satisfied (the “Buyer Closing Certificate”).
Buyer Closing Certificate. Seller will have received a certificate, duly executed by an executive officer of Buyer, certifying as to the matters set forth in Section 3.4(c)(i) and Section 3.4(c)(ii).
Buyer Closing Certificate. Buyer Closing Certificate" shall mean the Closing Certificate of the Buyer in substantially the form of ANNEX B attached to this Agreement.

There shall have been delivered to the Stockholder Representative a certificate dated the Closing Date, signed on behalf of Buyer by a duly authorized officer of Buyer, confirming the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 9.2(a)(i), Section 9.2(a)(ii) and Section 9.2(b)(i).
Buyer Closing Certificate. The Buyer shall deliver a certificate dated as of the Closing Date signed by an officer of the Buyer certifying as to the conditions set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.2.
Buyer Closing Certificate. Buyer will have delivered to the Companies and Shareholders a certificate of Buyer, dated as of the Closing Date to the effect that each of the conditions specified above in Section 5.1(a), 5.1(b) and 5.1(c) have been satisfied (the “Buyer Closing Certificate”).
Buyer Closing Certificate. GE shall have received a certificate of the Buyer, signed by a duly authorized officer, that the condition set forth in Section 8.01(a) has been satisfied (the “Buyer Closing Certificate”).
Buyer Closing Certificate. An authorized officer of Buyer shall have executed and delivered to Sellers the Buyer Closing Certificate.
Buyer Closing Certificate. Buyer shall have executed and delivered to Seller a certificate, executed by the President of Buyer, that each of the conditions set forth in Sections 8.2(a) and (b) have been satisfied by Buyer in all respects.
