Common use of Buyer Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Buyer Confidentiality. Seller understands that Brokerage, Managing Broker and/or Designated Agent may have previously represented a buyer who is interested in Seller’s Property. During that representation, Managing Broker and/or Designated Agent may have learned material information about the buyer that is considered confidential. Under the law, neither Managing Broker nor Designated Agent may disclose any such confidential information to Seller even though the Managing Broker and/or Designated Agent now represent the Seller.
