Buyer Data Ownership. Buyer and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Buyer Data contained in the Assessment. To the extent that any portion of a Completed Assessment submitted by Supplier rephrases, restates, abridges, or references the Buyer Data, such rephrasing, restatement, abridgment or reference continues to constitute Buyer Data hereunder, even if commingled together with the Supplier Data.
Buyer Data Ownership. As between the parties, Buyer and its Content Licensors retain all right, title and interest (including any and all intellectual property rights) in and to the Buyer Data, any Unique Identifiers and Buyer’s Confidential Information, and to any modifications to the foregoing as may be contained in a Completed Assessment. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Buyer hereby grants to SupplyShift a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, store, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, and display the Buyer Data, Unique Identifiers, solely to the extent necessary to (a) provide the Platform and Technical Services to Buyer, (b) as may be required by law, and (c) as necessary for SupplyShift to exercise the rights granted pursuant to Section 1 above.

Buyer will be solely responsible for providing all Buyer Data required for the proper operation of the SaaS Software.   • Data Subject Rights (a) The data importer shall promptly notify the data exporter of any request it has received from a data subject. It shall not respond to that request itself unless it has been authorised to do so by the data exporter. (b) The data importer shall assist the data exporter in fulfilling its obligations to respond to data subjects’ requests for the exercise of their rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In this regard, the Parties shall set out in Annex II the appropriate technical and organisational measures, taking into account the nature of the processing, by which the assistance shall be provided, as well as the scope and the extent of the assistance required. (c) In fulfilling its obligations under paragraphs (a) and (b), the data importer shall comply with the instructions from the data exporter.

  • Equipment Ownership The ownership of all equipment provided by the Contractor shall remain with the Contractor, and equipment shall be maintained by the Contractor in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and all Federal (including OSHA), New York State and local codes. The Contractor shall provide and maintain the collection equipment at the Authorized User’s facility(s) for use twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. If equipment is removed for longer than brief periods for emptying the container, it shall be replaced with equal type and capacity equipment to ensure continuous dumping ability. If not so provided, the Authorized User shall be provided with a rebate for the amount of time they were unable to dump and the Authorized User may seek "Remedies for Breach" as stated in Appendix B. If the equipment is owned by the Authorized User, the Authorized User assumes liability and costs associated with the equipment and a price reduction may be passed along to the Authorized User representing the difference in cost, if any, for the Contractor not having to provide the equipment.

  • Data Subjects The categories of Data Subjects who we may collect Personal Data about may include the following where they are a natural person: the Customer, the directors and ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the Customer, your customers, employees and contractors, payers and payees. You may share with Airwallex some or all of the following types of Personal Data regarding Data Subjects: • full name; • email address; • phone number and other contact information; • date of birth; • nationality; • public information about the data subject; • other relevant verification or due diligence documentation as required under these terms; and • any other data that is necessary or relevant to carry out the Agreed Purposes.

  • Company Ownership Company will own its respective right, title, and interest, including Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Company Data. Company hereby grants BNYM a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Company Data, and consents to BNYM's permitting access to, transferring and transmitting Company Data, all as appropriate to Company's use of the Licensed Rights or as contemplated by the Documentation.

  • Property Ownership Each Party agrees and acknowledges that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as giving a party any proprietary rights in or to the intellectual property of the other party. Each Party further agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or granting to a party any implied or express license in or to the intellectual property of the other party.
