Buyer Entity Use and Disclosure of IIPI. Buyer acknowledges that IIPI disclosed to Buyer Entities in connection with this Agreement has been and will be disclosed pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 6802(e)(7) and 12 C.F.R. § 1016.15(a)(6). Buyer Entities may not use or disclose IIPI, nor permit the use or disclosure of IIPI, other than as necessary to consummate and to make effective the Merger and the transactions contemplated hereby as permitted under 15 U.S.C. § 6802(e)(7) and 12 C.F.R. § 1016.15(a)(6).
