Buyer Liability for Termination Costs. In the event that the Buyer violates, in any manner the terms and conditions of this Contract including all attachments, exhibits and appendices, or fails to pay liquidated damages herein provided, the Contracting Officer may determine that the Buyer has breached the Contract and terminated said Contract.
