Common use of Buyer Not to Construct Over Utility Easements Clause in Contracts

Buyer Not to Construct Over Utility Easements. The Buyer shall not construct any building or other structure or improvement on, over, or within the boundary lines of any easement for public utilities described or referred to in Paragraph (a), Section 2 hereof, unless such construction is provided for in such easement or has been approved by the City. If approval for such construction is requested by the Buyer, the City shall use its best efforts to assure that such approval shall not be withheld unreasonably.
