Buyer Party Conditions. The obligations of the Buyer Parties to close the transaction contemplated hereby also shall be subject to the satisfaction or waiver by the Buyer Parties at or prior to the Closing of the following condition: (i) a Plant Force Majeure shall not have occurred and remained uncured.
