Buyer-Requested Extensions Sample Clauses

The Buyer-Requested Extensions clause allows the buyer to formally request additional time to fulfill certain obligations or complete specific actions under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the process for submitting extension requests, such as requiring written notice and specifying the circumstances under which extensions may be granted. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for the buyer in situations where unforeseen delays occur, thereby reducing the risk of default and promoting smoother contract performance.
