Buyer Responsible for all Costs for Obligations Under this Contract. The Buyer shall pay all reasonable costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the enforcement of the obligations of the Buyer under this Contract. It is expressly agreed that the liability of the Buyer for the payment of the obligations guaranteed herein shall be primary and not secondary.
