Buyer will also maintain a safe workplace for performance of the Services and provision of the Products by Honeywell and will ensure that it has health and safety protocols in place addressing the COVID-19 pandemic as needed, as well as any applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding workplace safety. Buyer will ensure that its workplace is free of any recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm.
