Buyer Systems. Buyer will provide for Seller’s use in performing the Services those Buyer Systems, if any, as expressly set forth in an applicable Contract. Except as explicitly agreed otherwise by the parties in writing concerning other allowable uses and compensation to Buyer for such uses, all such Buyer Systems will be used by the Seller only for the purpose of providing the Services hereunder. Except for the Buyer Systems, Seller will be responsible for providing all other equipment, hardware, software, code, peripherals, high-speed connectivity, cabling, facilities and resources necessary to perform the Services unless otherwise set forth in an applicable Contract.
