Common use of Buyer’s Access to Records Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Access to Records. At Buyer’s request, Seller shall make available all records pertaining to production and sale of Delivered Energy to Buyer, as well as financial records or any other records required by Buyer to support the reimbursement of any amounts due to Seller from Buyer under this Agreement or due diligence in connection with Xxxxx’s purchase of the Project.
