Common use of Buyer’s caveat Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s caveat. If a caveat lodged by the Buyer or by any person claiming through the Buyer affects the title to the Property at settlement, then the Buyer may not require the Seller to have that caveat withdrawn or give a withdrawal of caveat, and must complete this contract despite the caveat.
