Common use of Buyer’s Closing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Closing Obligations. At Closing, Buyer shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Seller the following: 1. the Closing Payment to Seller in immediately available funds to the bank account as provided in Section 3.2;

Buyer’s Closing Obligations. At Closing, Buyer shall deliver, or cause to be delivered the Purchase Price in immediately available funds to Seller in the manner provided in Section 3.2, and shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to Seller the following: 1. the Closing Payment to Seller in immediately available funds to the bank account as provided in Section 3.2;

Buyer’s Closing Obligations. At Closing, Buyer shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Seller the following: 1. (i) the Closing Payment Purchase Price to Seller in immediately available funds to the bank account as provided in or bank accounts designated by Seller under Section 3.2; (ii) a duly executed copy of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement; and (iii) any other documents or instruments reasonably required by Seller to consummate the transaction contemplated hereunder.

Buyer’s Closing Obligations. At the Closing, Buyer shall deliver, deliver or cause to be delivered, delivered to Seller payment of the following: 1. Purchase Price, subject to any credit for the Closing Payment Deposit and interest thereon pursuant to Seller in immediately available funds to the bank account as provided in Section 3.2;2.2 herein.
