All Buyer Data and any information that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and Suppliers of the Buyer, including all Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), together with all information derived from any of the above Any other information clearly designated as being confidential or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential (whether or not it is marked 'confidential'). 'Buyer Data' Data that is owned or managed by the Buyers. 'Buyer Software' Software owned by or licensed to the Buyer (other than under or pursuant to this Agreement), which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services.
