Buyer’s Consents. Except as disclosed on Schedule 5.4, no other consent, approval, order or authorization of, or registration, declaration or filing with, any Governmental Entity, is required by or with respect to the Buyer in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Buyer, or the consummation by the Buyer of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Buyer’s Consents. All of the Buyer’s Consents shall have been obtained and remain in full force and effect.
