Buyer’s Contingencies. This Agreement is expressly contingent upon satisfaction of the following conditions (hereinafter "Buyer's Contingencies") and Buyer shall have no obligation to close under this Agreement unless all the following conditions have been satisfied or have been waived by Buyer.
