Buyers Contingency Period Sample Clauses

Buyers Contingency Period. Buyer shall have until sixty (60) days after the Commencement Date of the Lease between Webcor Construction, Inc. ("WCI") and Buyer covering the Premises (to which this Agreement is attached as Exhibit B (the "Lease")), to review and approve the matters described in Sections 2.1 above and 3.1 below (such period being referred to herein as the "Contingency Period"). If Buyer elects to proceed with the purchase of the Property, then Buyer shall, before the end of the Contingency Period, notify Seller in writing that Buyer has approved all of the matters described in Sections 2.1 above and 3.1
