Buyer’s Costs. Buyer shall pay (a) the Escrow Holder’s fees in connection with the Escrow (including any cancellation fees); (b) recording fees payable in connection with the transfer of the Property to Buyer; (c) the cost of the Title Policy, as well as any extended coverage or endorsements, if the Buyer so elects to purchase them; (d) the cost of any survey of the Real Property. In addition, Buyer shall be solely responsible for (e) all sales, use, and personal property taxes incurred in connection with the sale and transfer of the Property;
