Common use of Buyer’s Costs Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Costs. In connection with the purchase of the Property contemplated under this Contract, Buyer shall be responsible for the costs and expenses of its attorneys, accountants and other professionals, consultants and representatives. Buyer shall also be responsible for the costs and expenses in connection with the preparation of any environmental report, any update to the survey and the costs and expenses of preparation of the title insurance commitment and the issuance of the title insurance policy contemplated by Article IV and the per page recording charges and clerk’s fee for the Deed (if applicable). Buyer shall also be responsible for the costs of applying for and obtaining the New Franchise Agreement. Buyer shall further be responsible for all costs associated with the financing of its purchase of the Property.
