Buyer's Delivery Obligations. At the Closing, Buyer will deliver (or cause to be delivered) to Seller the following: 9.4.1 the Closing Date Payment; 9.4.2 an executed Bill of Sale and Assignment xxx Assumption in the form of Exhibit A to this Agreement; and 9.4.3 such other documents as Seller may reasonably request in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
