Common use of Buyer’s Efforts to Close Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Efforts to Close. Buyer shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to satisfy all the conditions precedent set forth in Article 8 and Article 9 to its or Seller’s obligations under this Agreement to the extent that Buyer’s action or inaction can control or influence the satisfaction of such conditions.
