Common use of Buyer's Electric Requirements Clause in Contracts

Buyer's Electric Requirements. Commencing on the New Service Commencement Date and continuing throughout the Term of this Agreement, Seller shall be responsible for establishing and coordinating the electric submetering of electric service to the Thermal Energy Production Facilities and Seller shall grant a credit to Buyer on a monthly basis equal to the cost of such electricity delivered to Buyer's Thermal Energy Production Facilities, provided, however, that Buyer shall provide Seller with timely copies of its electric bills. The parties intend that Buyer shall remain the customer of record for all electric service to Buyer's Facilities.
