Buyer's Environmental Report. Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Geologic Services Corporation to prepare and deliver to Buyer as soon as reasonably possible a Phase II environmental report covering all of the real property identified in Schedule 3.17, which report shall include an estimate as to the cost of remediating all Environmental Liabilities with respect to such properties. Buyer shall deliver a copy of such report to the Company not later than two business days following Buyer's receipt thereof.
