Buyer's Fees and Costs. Buyer shall pay (i) one-half of Escrow Agent's escrow fee, (ii) usual Buyer's document-drafting and recording charges and (iii) the additional premium for an American Land Title Association (ALTA) title insurance policy, if Buyer desires that Title Company issue such a policy.
