Common use of Buyers Inspection of Property Clause in Contracts

Buyers Inspection of Property. Xxxxx has been advised to and has investigated the physical condition, value, suitability and desirability of all aspects of the Property. Except to the extent set forth in Section 13 of this Agreement, neither Seller nor its officers, directors, employees, attorney or agents makes or has made any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, written or oral, regarding (a) the physical condition of the Property or (b) the uses of the Property or any limitations thereon. Buyer is relying solely upon Xxxxx’s own analysis of the Property as it deems necessary or appropriate.
