Company shall give to Buyer and its designated employees or representatives full access to all of the properties and assets of Company, to Company's stock books, and to all of Company's documents, books and records relating to its current and past operations and Business. Company shall permit such employees and representatives to make copies of Company's written materials and to interview and question Company's employees.
