Common use of BUYER'S INVESTIGATION AND INSPECTIONS Clause in Contracts

BUYER'S INVESTIGATION AND INSPECTIONS. Any investigation or inspection conducted by Buyer, or any agent or representative of Buyer, pursuant to this Agreement, in order to verify independently Seller's satisfaction of any conditions precedent to Buyer's obligations hereunder or to determine whether Seller's warranties are true and accurate, shall not affect, or constitute a waiver by Buyer of, any of Seller's obligations hereunder or Buyer's reliance thereon.
