Common use of Buyer’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Liability. In no event shall Buyer be liable for anticipated profits, interest, or penalties or incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages or liabilities in connection with this Purchase Order, whether for breach of contract, late payment, property damage, personal injury or death or otherwise, beyond the sum set forth in Section 13 hereof, or, if not applicable, the price for Products accepted by Buyer.

Buyer’s Liability. In no event shall Buyer be liable for anticipated profits, interest, or penalties or incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages or liabilities in connection with this Purchase Order, whether for breach of contract, late payment, property damage, personal injury injury, illness, or death or otherwise, beyond the sum set forth in Section 13 15 hereof, or, if not applicable, the price for Products accepted by Buyer.
