Buyer’s Obligation to Take Service. With respect to a Transaction, Buyer shall accept Block Energy Supply as provided by Seller pursuant to Section 2.1 (Seller’s Obligation to Provide Service), and shall pay Seller on the applicable Monthly Settlement Date for such Block Energy Supply in accordance with Section 7.3 (Payments of the Invoice) the Monthly Settlement Amount.
