Common use of Buyer’s Performance Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Performance. Buyer shall have performed, satisfied, and complied in all material respects with all material agreements, covenants, and conditions required hereby to be performed or complied with by Buyer on or before the Closing Date, including without limitation, payment in full of the Purchase Price.
