Common use of Buyers Study Period Clause in Contracts

Buyers Study Period. (a) Buyer will have until the earlier to occur of (1) 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on the thirtieth (30th) day after the Opening of Escrow or (2) 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on September 19, 2014 (such period, the “Study Period”), within which to conduct and approve any investigations, studies or tests desired by Buyer, in Buyer’s sole discretion, to determine the feasibility of acquiring the Property (collectively, “Buyer’s Diligence”).

Buyers Study Period. (a) Buyer will have until the earlier to occur of (1) 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on the thirtieth (30th) day after the Opening later of Escrow (i) the Effective Date, or (2ii) 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on September 19, 2014 receipt by Buyer of all of Seller’s Diligence Materials (such period, the “Study Period”), within which to conduct and approve any investigations, studies or tests desired by Buyer, in Buyer’s sole discretion, to determine the feasibility of acquiring the Property (collectively, “Buyer’s Diligence”).

(a) Buyer will have until the earlier to occur of (1) 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on the thirtieth (30th) day after the later of (i) the Opening of Escrow Escrow, or (2ii) 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on September 19, 2014 receipt by Buyer of all of Seller’s Diligence Materials (such period, the “Study Period”), within which to conduct and approve any investigations, studies or tests desired by Buyer, in Buyer’s sole discretion, to determine the feasibility of acquiring the Property Properties (collectively, “Buyer’s Diligence”).
