Common use of Buyer’s Subcontractors and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Subcontractors and Suppliers. The Buyer shall require its Subcontractors and Suppliers to maintain the insurance described in Sections 25.1 and 25.2 above; provided, however, that the combined single limit per occurrence and the aggregate annual limits for the Commercial General Liability or Public Liability insurance and automobile liability insurance maintained by such Subcontractors and Suppliers need only be consistent with the limits maintained by prudent subcontractors and suppliers for similar projects in similar locations.
