Buyer’s Support. 15.2.1 From the date of arrival of the first Seller Representative and for the duration of the assignment, the Buyer shall provide [***], lockable office, conveniently located with respect to the Buyer’s maintenance facilities, with complete office furniture and equipment including telephone, internet, email and facsimile connections for the sole use of the Seller Representative(s). Failure of the Seller to obtain the necessary documents shall relieve the Seller of any obligation to the Buyer under the provisions of Clause 15.1. 15.2.7 The Buyer shall reimburse to the Seller charges, taxes, duties, imposts or levies of any kind whatsoever, imposed by the authorities of the Buyer’s country upon: (i) the entry into or exit from the Buyer’s country of the Seller Representatives and their families, (ii) the entry into or the exit from the Buyer’s country of the Seller Representatives and their families’ personal property, (iii) the entry into or the exit from the Buyer’s country of the Seller’s property, for the purpose of providing the Seller Representatives services.
