Common use of Buyer’s Support Clause in Contracts

Failure of the Seller to obtain the necessary documents shall relieve the Seller of any obligation to the Buyer under the provisions of Clause 15.1. 15.2.7 The Buyer shall reimburse to the Seller charges, taxes, duties, imposts or levies of any kind whatsoever, imposed by the authorities of the Buyer's country upon: - the entry into or exit from the Buyer's country of the Seller Representatives and their families, - the entry into or the exit from the Buyer's country of the Seller Representatives and their families' personal property, - the entry into or the exit from the Buyer's country of the Seller's property, for the purpose of providing the Seller Representatives services.
