Buying Services. 4.4.1 Complete the Buying Services for each parcel in accordance with the current RED Manual at the time the Buying Services are performed, the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, (Public Law 91- 646) as amended (The Uniform Act) and the Code of Federal Regulation titled 49 CFR Part 24, and Indiana Law.

Buying Services. A. The CONSULTANT shall acquire parcels of real estate for the assigned project. The CONSULTANT shall make every reasonable effort to acquire parcels expeditiously.

Buying Services. The Company will provide Odd's-N-End's with buying services listed on SCHEDULE 9 (the "BUYING SERVICES") from the Effective Date until the termination of such services in accordance with Sections 15, 16 and 17 hereof. The Buying Services provided by the Company shall be of a type and at a service level substantially equivalent to that provided to Odd's-N-End's by the Company immediately prior to the Effective Date.
