Buyout of Remaining Space. At the sole non-grievable discretion of the Director of Residence Life and First Year Experience or designee, the University may allow the resident(s) of a room to opt to keep the occupancy of the room below their current per person rate and to pay the higher corresponding rate for the actual remaining room occupancy for the remainder of the RLA term dependent upon the needs of the University.
