Common use of By Aviza Clause in Contracts

By Aviza. To the extent reasonably required to enable Aviza to review Trikon’s performance under this Agreement, and subject to reasonable controls by Trikon with respect to access to its Confidential Information, Trikon shall provide Aviza with reasonable access to the Trikon development team involved in the development of the Trikon Deliverables.
