By Biocept. In compliance with Section 6, Biocept shall not undertake publication of the results of any Research Support and Service without first receiving written permission from Institution. Publication of material relating to Biocept Technology, products or services shall not identify Institution or contain data encompassing Confidential Information belonging to Institution or derived from Samples provided by Institution without first receiving written permission from Institution.
