BY COMPANY OR DEALER FOR FAILURE OF DEALER OR COMPANY TO BE LICENSED. If the Company or the Dealer requires a license for the performance of any responsibility under this agreement in any jurisdiction where this agreement is to be performed and if either party shall fail to secure and maintain such license, or if such license is suspended or revoked, irrespective of the cause or reason, either party may terminate or not renew this agreement by giving the other at least fifteen (15) days prior written notice thereof.
