By Contractor for Breach. Contractor may terminate this Agreement upon the occurrence of any material breach of this Agreement by Continental, which breach shall not have been cured within 90 days after written notice of such breach is delivered by Contractor to Continental.

Contractor may terminate this Agreement upon the occurrence of any material breach of this Agreement by Continental, which breach shall not have been cured (i) within 90 three days after written notice is delivered by Contractor to Continental of Continental’s uncured failure to make two consecutive payments owed by Continental to Contractor pursuant to Section 3.06(a), or (ii) within 60 days after written notice of such any other breach is delivered by Contractor to Continental.
