Common use of By Executive without Cause Clause in Contracts

By Executive without Cause. This Agreement may be terminated by Executive prior to the expiration of the term hereof upon not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice. Notwithstanding the forgoing, however, in the event that Executive gives notice of his intent to terminate this Agreement Employer may elect, in its sole discretion, to terminate this Agreement and Executive's employment hereunder at any time after receipt of notice from Executive.
