By Executive Without Good Reason or by the Company for Cause. In the event of the termination of this Agreement by Executive without Good Reason or by the Company for Cause, the Company shall, within thirty (30) days of Executive’s separation from service, as defined by Code Section 409A, pay Executive any current Base Salary that has been earned and accrued and any Performance Bonus that has been earned through the Termination Date according to the board-approved bonus plan. The Company shall provide Executive with health insurance through the Termination Date.
