FIS represents, warrants and undertakes to the NSA and the Organiser as fol- lows: - that it has and will continue to have throughout the Term full right and title and authority to enter into this Agreement and to accept and perform the obligations imposed on it under this Agreement; - that it will apply commercially reasonable efforts to encourage and facilitate the participation of top ranked competitors in the Competitions.
