Common use of By HealtheTech Clause in Contracts

By HealtheTech. HealtheTech will provide to Distributor reasonable second-level maintenance and support services for the Products. HealtheTech will provide standard and reasonable maintenance and support to Distributor during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MT, excluding holidays). HealtheTech has no obligation under this Agreement to provide any services to, or respond to any requests from, subdistributors or End Users. However, HealtheTech reserves the right to establish and maintain contact with any subdistributor or End User in order to facilitate the second level support.
